Rome, October 5^th 2022 - We strongly deny the false news relating to the Group and its shareholders published today by some press organs.

In particular, the decision of the Court of Velletri issued on 30 September 2022 completely rejects the interdiction request for Francesco Angelini presented by his daughter Maria Gioella Angelini. The recent ruling in the civil court follows the one in the criminal court that last year, with a decree of definitive dismissal, sanctioned the groundlessness of the accusations and, therefore, Francesco Angelini's ability to understand and will and to self-determine.

The legal proceedings brought have no impact on the governance of Angelini Industries. All corporate bodies, made up of people with proven experience and skills, continue their work to ensure stability and growth for the industrial Group.
