Change at the helm of Angelini Technologies-Fameccanica: Luigi De Vito is the new Chief Executive Officer

Rome, February 24, 2025 - The Board of Directors of Angelini Technologies - Fameccanica - the operating company of Angelini Industries active in industrial automation, robotics and sustainable packaging - has appointed Luigi De Vito, a manager with more than 20 years' experience in technology serving industrial production, as its new CEO. De Vito succeeds Alessandro Bulfon, to whom deep thanks were expressed for his work over the years.
With more than 600 employees in Italy, the U.S. and China, more than 200 million in sales, 80% of which are achieved through exports, Angelini Technologies - Fameccanica is headquartered in San Giovanni Teatino (Chieti, Italy). Founded in 1975 by Angelini, from 1992 to 2022 it was an equal joint venture between the Angelini Group itself and P&G; in 2022 Angelini Industries regained 100% control by acquiring 50% from P&G.

Born in 1973, married, with three children, Luigi De Vito graduated with honors in economics and industrial management from LUISS Guido Carli University. He has held positions of responsibility in SCM Group and Biesse Group, multinational companies specializing in technologies and manufacturing of material processing machines. He was president of ACIMALL, Association of Italian Woodworking Machinery and Accessories Manufacturers, and EUMABOIS, European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers. He worked at Unilever where he was in charge of supply chain management.
