KPI: Number of serious injuries that occurred during the year, measured according to the Inail definition (>40 days missed).

· Awareness campaigns, including with suppliers to operating companies

KPI: Satisfaction level measured every 2 years using the corporate engagement survey.

· Strengthening of the "24-26 Supplementary Agreement," including, for example, an extension of paternity leave (an additional 10 days of paid leave, on top of the legally mandated days).
· Structured initiatives to actively listen to people at different stages of their work experience
· Individual development programs for experiencing new roles within the group
Target: HOURS OF INDIVIDUAL TRAINING > THE INDUSTRY’S EUROPEAN AVERGAGE BY 2025
KPI: Total hours of training/total workforce for each company.

Target: UNI/PDR 125:2022 CERTIFICATION ON GENDER EQUALITY FOR ALL GROUP COMPANIES BY 2025
KPI: Achieve a minimum of 60 points in accordance with certification requirements and metrics.
Main initiatives
· Creation of internal best practices with Angelini Pharma's first UNI/PDR 125:2022
· Creation of a DE&I team at Angelini Industries Group level to identify and share best practices, skills and unified measurement systems.
