Fulvia Astolfi

She is a lawyer and an expert in corporate, tax and corporate compliance matters, and was managing partner of the Rome office of Hogan Lovells from 2002 to 2016.

She is an expert in sustainability and gender policies, and she founded the consulting firm Obiettivo Cinque Srl in the 2020, which works with companies on their mission toward to gender equality certification. She lectures as part of master's degree programs organized by the LUISS Guido Carli School of Law and the University of Brescia.

She is chairman of Equitalia Giustizia Spa, independent director of Poste Vita Spa and member of the Control and Risk and Remuneration Committee of the same company, a member of the board of statutory auditors at Med Tech Holding Srl and Autostrade dell'Atlantico Srl. She is chairman of the supervisory board of other Italian companies (including Maximus Italia Srl). She is president of the Rome chapter of the international association European Women's Management and Development (EWMD).
