Stefano Proverbio

Board Member

Born in 1956, he graduated in nuclear engineering at the Milan Polytechnic. Director Emeritus of Mckinsey &/ Company.

Today, after more than 30 years of career in consultancy, he is a member of the Boards of Directors and advisor of numerous Italian and international companies. Throughout his career he has served companies in the industrial, energy and telecommunications sectors mainly on strategy and operational improvement issues. He was leader of Mckinsey's Strategy functional area and in this role he led research on global trends: the long-term changes that influence the evolution of the economy and companies.

He collaborates with numerous institutions on pro bono projects for the betterment of the country.

He is a Board Member of the Angelini Foundation. Since 1st January 2019 he has been a Board Member of Angelini Holding S.p.A.
