Franco Masera

Born in 1951, after graduating in Statistics he obtained a Masters in Business Management at SDA Bocconi. In 1980 he entered the consultancy sector of KPMG Advisory S.p.A., of which he became a partner in 1985, Vice President in 1994, Chief Executive Officer in 2001 and President in 2007.
He was a director of IBL Banca S.p.A. since 2011 and assumed the role of President in 2012.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Credit Factor S.p.A. since 2019.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banca Capasso S.p.A. from 2021

Since 2011 he has been Chairman of Protos S.p.A.

He is a Board Member of the Angelini Foundation.
From 1 January 2019 he was Board Member of Angelini Holding S.p.A. Since July 2020 he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Angelini Holding S.p.A.
